Pelagic fish, or firmer fleshed fillets cut into nuggets.
Capsicum
Cherry Tomatos
Pineapple
Zucchini
Other vegetables/fruits
Skewer sticks
Method
Cut ingredients to bite size
Make skewers in any order, capsicum usually best on ends as it is the firmest.
BBQ skewers with a spray of oil to stop them sticking.
Cook and turn them till golden and fish is cooked.
