Ingredients:
Reef or pelagic fillets, cut to grill easily
Herb (Flour) Seasoning Mix
Garlic
Cherry Tomatos
Parsley
Lime
Chilli
Salt + Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Spaghetti
Method:
Sauté Garlic, cherry tomatoes (cut in half), some parsley and chilli to taste in olive oil until soft. Add a squeeze of lime. Set aside.
Cook some spaghetti, add a pinch of salt to the water.
Coat fish in seasoning mix, or alternatively coat with salt and pepper and add lime juice when cooking.
Grill fish until golden in a pan with olive oil.
Add spaghetti to the sautéed ingredients and mix.
Serve fish on-top of the spaghetti, squeeze lime and sprinkle
parsley to finish.
