Fresh Lime, Chilli and Garlic Fish Pasta


Ingredients:

  • Reef or pelagic fillets, cut to grill easily

  • Herb (Flour) Seasoning Mix

  • Garlic

  • Cherry Tomatos

  • Parsley

  • Lime

  • Chilli

  • Salt + Pepper

  • Extra Virgin Olive oil

  • Spaghetti

Method:

  1. Sauté Garlic, cherry tomatoes (cut in half), some parsley and chilli to taste in olive oil until soft. Add a squeeze of lime. Set aside.

  2. Cook some spaghetti, add a pinch of salt to the water.

  3. Coat fish in seasoning mix, or alternatively coat with salt and pepper and add lime juice when cooking.

  4. Grill fish until golden in a pan with olive oil.

  5. Add spaghetti to the sautéed ingredients and mix.

  6. Serve fish on-top of the spaghetti, squeeze lime and sprinkle

  7. parsley to finish.
