Fish Burgers

Ingredients


Fish pieces

Egg

Panko breadcrumbs

Burger buns

Lettuce

Tomato

Beetroot

Cheese

Homemade tartare


Method:


  1. Coat the fish pieces in whisked eggs and breadcrumb.

  2. Shallow fry fish prices in olive oil until golden.

  3. Toast burger buns.

  4. Build your burger, add lettuce, tomato, beetroot, cheese and homemade tartare.
