Ingredients:
White potato’s
Corn flour
Paprika
Olive oil
Fresh fish fillets
Egg
Panko Breadcrumbs
Tartare sauce
Method
Dice potatoes into chip sized bites.
Light coat in cornflour, sprinkle paprika and drizzle olive oil. Put single layer into air fryer at 200 degrees for 20mins or until crispy.
Coat fish fillets in thin layer of whisked egg and cover in panko crumbs.
Shallow fry the fish in a pan with olive oil until golden.
Serve with salt, pepper, lemon and tartare.
