Creamy Smoked Fish Pasta

Ingredients:


Smoked fish

Spaghetti

Onion (half)

Garlic (lrg tbs)

Chilli jam (tsp)

Thickened cream (300ml)

Butter (tbs)

Lime

Parsley


Method


  1. Cook spaghetti in a pot.

  2. Dice onion and garlic finely, and fry in a drizzle of olive oil until fragrant. Add chilli jam.

  3. Stir in the thickened cream and a nob of butter. Squeeze half a lime in.

  4. Turn heat down, add cooked spaghetti and stir in the sauce.

  5. Roughly chop smoked fish and add to the spaghetti, stir.

  6. Serve with parsley and lime.
