Creamy Lemon Garlic Fish


Ingredients:

White fish Fillets

500ml Thickened Cream

3 lemon

Garlic (to taste)

Wholegrain mustard

Parsley

Onion

Salt+Pepper

Butter

Potato (Mash Potato)


Method:

  1. Lay fish fillets flat in a baking baking container without overlapping.

  2. Dice onion and garlic finely, sprinkle on top of the fillets.

  3. Add a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard to each fillet. Pour 500ml of thickened cream into baking container, or until at night of fish fillets. Add a 3 small knobs of butter around the dish.

  4. Squeeze 2 small lemons, or one big lemon over the fish. Can always add more later.

  5. Bake at 200 degrees C in a preheated oven for 20mins, or until fish is cooked.

  6. Serve on mash potato with parsley and sliced lemon.
