Our Way...
This is our way, for a healthy and sustainable fishery.
Only Take What You Need
Only take enough to feed your tribe. Research and respect local regulations. Avoiding excessive and wasteful harvesting ensures that fish populations remain healthy and abundant for future generations.
Respect The Fish
The Japanese method "Iki Jime" has widely been considered by scientist and fisherman as the most humane way to dispatch a fish. Additionally, bleeding the fish and placing it in an (salt water) ice slurry will maximise the eating qualities. It is necessary to utilise the whole fish to ensure zero waste and thus completion of the circle of life for that fish.
Leave It How You Found It
The places we venture are special and unique. Refrain from damaging habitat and practice a leave no trace policy. Its up to us to keep the ecosystems pristine.
